What the guarantee covers
- The guarantee runs for 90 days from the day your order is delivered and covers orders delivered in the UK.
- Try it on, wear it and wash it. We just ask that items come back clean and in reasonable condition, with the tags if you still have them.
- Return postage is paid by you. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us (ideally within 7 days, with a photo) and we send a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery.
- Need another size or colour? Email us and we arrange the exchange. If it is out of stock, we refund you instead.
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale on the product page are not covered.

You can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you if goods are faulty or not as described.
