SUPPORT · I'm a DD. Will this actually hold me?
Yes. The hold does not come from two straps, it comes from the whole top. Shaped cups give structure, and the 360° panel spreads the weight across your torso. Fuller busts are exactly who this was built for. And you have 90 days to put it to the test.
FIT · Will it flatten me or give me a uniboob?
No. These are shaped cups, not a compression band. You keep your shape, lifted and supported, without being squeezed flat.
RESULTS · What changes the first day I wear it?
Minute 1: real support and a smoother line under your top. Hour 8: no red marks on your shoulders, nothing you count the hours to unhook. Day 30: most women tell us their underwire drawer is collecting dust.
FABRIC · Will it be see-through or cling to my tummy?
The 68% premium Nylon / 32% Spandex blend is thick enough to stay opaque, and cut to skim your body, not cling to it. In neutral colors it layers cleanly under light tops too.
WASH · Will the pads bunch up in the wash?
No. The padding stays in place while you wear it and through the wash. Machine wash cold on gentle, lay flat or tumble dry low.
MENOPAUSE · I run hot. Will this make it worse?
Usually the opposite. It replaces a bra plus a top with one breathable layer. Women tell us it is the first thing they reach for during hot flushes: one less sweaty layer to deal with.
SIZING · What if I order the wrong size?
It runs true to size, and the size guide above the add to cart button lists exact bra sizes for every tank size. If the fit is still not right, exchanges are free for 90 days.

Is this just another shaper?
No. Most shapers use a front panel. Sculpt Brief uses two crossed bands that wrap front, sides and back, so the hold is shared all the way around instead of pushing your belly out the sides.
Will it roll down when I sit?
It is built not to. The waist is high and wide, and the hold is spread all the way around, so there is no single edge fighting your stomach when you sit or bend.
Does it fix diastasis recti?
No garment can promise that, and we won't. Sculpt Brief is shapewear: it smooths and supports you while you wear it. If you think you have a separation, a pelvic floor physical therapist can measure it and give you the right exercises. Many women wear the brief alongside that work, for comfort and a smoother line.
My kids are grown. Is it too late for me?
